Process to Send Bill via WhatsApp in Marg Books

OVERVIEW OF WHATSAPP SETUP IN MARG BOOKS

Marg Books offers a valuable feature allowing the direct sending of invoices through their software on WhatsApp. Utilizing this functionality not only provides a convenient way to connect with customers but also enhances the possibility of faster payments by meeting customers on their preferred communication platform.

PROCESS TO CONFIGURE WHATSAPP SETUP IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, click on 'Settings' icon on the dashboard window.

• A 'Dashboard Setting' window will appear.
• In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Transaction SMS' tab.

• A 'Transaction SMS' window will appear.
• In 'Select SMS Type' field, the user will select whether to send WhatsApp SMS through Marg Books Account or the user's company account.

Note: Transaction-wise message contents are set as default and cannot be modified.

• Suppose click on 'Send via Marg Books'.

• In 'Transaction Type' option, the user can review specific transaction type messages and select the specific type & the content to be sent to their customers.
• Suppose select 'Sale'.

• The user can view the selected 'Transaction Type Message Preview' will get displayed.

• Now, press 'ESC' key.

• Now, go to 'Master > Account Master > Ledger'.

• A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.
• The user will select the ledger, whose WhatsApp number needs to be added.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy' and click on 'Edit' icon.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.
• In 'WhatsApp No.' option, the user will enter WhatsApp number. Then, click on 'Update' button.

PROCESS TO SEND BILL VIA WHATSAPP IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, the user will create sale bill as per the requirement and click on 'Save' button.

• A 'Print' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Whatsapp' button.

• A 'Whatsapp Sent Successfully' pop-up will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can view Selected Bill will get Sent via WhatsApp in Marg Books.
