Process to Modify City in DMSXpert

PROCESS TO CREATE NEW CITY IN DMSXPERT

• Go to Master >> City.

• A ‘City Master’ window will appear.

• Select the Zone in which the city needs to be created.

• Suppose select 'North'.

• Select the state as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Delhi'.

• Now, the user will mention the name of the city as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Submit'.

• A ‘Record Saved Successfully’ message will appear.

PROCESS TO MODIFY CITY IN DMSXPERT

• In order to modify the city, the user will go to Master >> City.

• A ‘City Master’ window will appear with the list of all the cities.

• The user will click on ‘Edit’ button against that particular city which needs to be modified.

• Now the user will make necessary changes as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Submit'.

PROCESS TO DELETE CITY IN DMSXPERT 

• In order to delete the city, the user will go to Master >> City.

• A ‘City Master’ window will appear with the list of all the cities.

• The user will click on ‘delete’ button against that particular city which needs to be deleted.

• A ‘Confirmation’ window will appear i.e. ‘Do you want to delete Record?’

• Click on ‘Ok’.

• Then the selected city will get deleted from the list.
