OVERVIEW OF PURCHASE TAX REPORT IN DMSXPERT

  • A Purchase Tax report is a document that summarizes the expenses spent on business' operations. However, in DMSXpert Software the user can generate Branch wise Purchase Tax Report.

PROCESS TO VIEW PURCHASE TAX REPORT IN DMSXPERT

  • Go to % Tax Report > Purchase Tax Report.

  • A 'Purchase Tax Report' window will appear.
  • In 'Branch' option, the user will select the branch from dropdown whose purchase tax report needs to be view.
  • Suppose select 'Ignexto Biotex Private Limited'.

  • In 'Tax Type' option, the user will select the tax type from dropdown whose purchase tax report needs to be view.
  • Suppose select 'Local'.

  • In 'Period' option, the user can select the period for which report needs to be view i.e. Last Financial Year, Current Year, Current Month etc.
  • Suppose select 'Custom'.

  • Now in 'Period Date-To Date' option, the user will mention from which date till which date report needs to be view.

  • Now the user will click on 'Sync' tab.

  • The Purchase Tax Report will get displayed.

  • Now in order to generate report in 'Excel' the user will click on the 'Export to Excel' option (as showing in the below fig).

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Purchase Tax Report will get generated in Excel.
