Process to Modify State in DMSXpert

PROCESS TO CREATE NEW STATE IN DMSXPERT

• Go to Master >> State.

• A ‘State Master’ window will appear.

• Select the Zone in which the state needs to be created.

• Suppose select 'North'.

• Now, the user will mention the name of the state as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Submit'.

• A ‘Record Saved Successfully’ message will appear.

PROCESS TO MODIFY STATE IN DMSXPERT

• In order to modify the state, the user will go to Master >> State.

• A ‘State Master’ window will appear with the list of all the state.

• The user will click on ‘Edit’ button against that particular state which needs to be modified.

• Now the user will make necessary changes as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Submit'.

PROCESS TO DELETE STATE IN DMSXPERT 

Note: If the state name is selected in any city, then that State cannot be deleted.

• In order to delete the state, the user will go to Master >> State.

• A ‘State Master’ window will appear with the list of all the state.

• The user will click on ‘delete’ button against that particular state which needs to be deleted.

• A ‘Confirmation’ window will appear i.e. ‘Do you want to delete Record?’

• Click on ‘Ok’.

• Then the selected state will get deleted from the list.
