Process to View Stock Issue & Receive Report in DMSXpert

OVERVIEW OF STOCK ISSUE & RECEIVE REPORT IN DMSXPERT

• Both reports serve as documentation for inventory control purposes and are crucial for maintaining accurate stock records. They facilitate effective stock management, improve traceability, and aid in financial and accounting processes like cost allocation, valuation, and reconciliation.

PROCESS TO VIEW STOCK ISSUE & RECEIVE REPORT IN DMSXPERT

• Go to Stock > Stock Issue & Receive.

• A 'Stock Issue & Receive' window will appear.
• In 'Branch' option, the user will select the branch whose stock issue & receive report needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'All'.

• In 'Stock Type' option, the user will select the type on which bases report needs to be generate i.e. receive or issue.
• Suppose select 'Receive'.

• In 'Period' option, the user will select for which period report needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'Current Month'.

• In 'From Date-To Date' option, the user can also mention the date manaully as per the requirement.

• Now click on 'Sync' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Stock Receive report will get displayed in DMSXpert.
