With the help of this option in Marg Books, the user can set the default search base for ledger i.e. Name, Code, GSTIN, Mobile etc. as per the requirement.

In order to set ledger default searching base, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Master >> Accounts Master >> Ledger.

• A ‘Ledger Master’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• In ‘Ledger Default Search By?’ option, the user will select date default search base for ledger as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Mobile'.

• Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can set the default search base for ledger in Marg books.

Now the user will search the ledger on the basis of Mobile.
