In Marg Books, the user can set the party wise billing rate as per the requirement i.e. MRP, Rate-A, Rate-B etc.

In order to set party wise billing rate, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Master >> Accounts Masters >> Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.

• The user will click on ‘Edit icon’ against that particular ledger for which billing rate needs to be set.

• Suppose select 'Rajni'.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear. 

• Click on 'Others' options.

• Click on 'Add Details'.

• Then a 'Billing Rate' window will appear. 

• In 'Sale Rate' option, the user will select billing rate as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Rate-B'.

• Then click on 'Update'.

• Again click on 'Update' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will pick 'Rate-B' at the time of billing.
