Overview of Multi Branch in Marg Books

  • A Branch office is a location, other than the main office, where a business is conducted. In Margbooks, the user can easily share Head Office items to the branch offices.

Process to Share Items in Multi Branch in Marg Books

  • Firstly, go to Master > Branch Master > Branch List.

  • A 'Branch List' window will appear.
  • The user will select the branch for which item needs to be shared.
  • Suppose select 'Branch 1 and click on 'Edit' icon.

  • A 'Modify Branch' window will appear.
  • In 'Allow Sharing' option, the user will place the check mark.

  • Now in 'Agency' field, the user will press 'Spacebar' key.

  • An 'Agency List' window will appear.
  • The user will select the agency whose item needs to be transferred.
  • Suppose select 'All' and place check mark against 'Agency List'.

  • Now the user will click on 'Ok'.

  • In 'Price List' field, the user will select 'Head Office'.

  • Now, click on 'Update'.

  • A 'Record Updated Successfully' pop up will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Items will get Shared to the selected Branch in Marg Books.
