How to change Ledger Account Group in Marg Books ?

  • Firstly, go to Master > Account Master > Ledger.

  • A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.
  • The user will select the ledger for which account group needs to be changed.
  • Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy' and click on 'F3' key.

  • A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.
  • In 'Account Group' option, the user will press 'SpaceBar' key.

  • An 'Account Group' dropdown will appear.
  • The user will select the account group as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'Sundry Creditiors' and press 'Enter' key on it.

  • Now, the user will click on 'Update' button.

After following the above steps, the user can change Ledger Account Group in Marg Books.
