Process to Refresh Ledger Balance in Marg Books

OVERVIEW OF REFRESH LEDGER BALANCE IN MARG BOOKS

• In Marg Books, Refresh Balances can automatically deduct and resolve stock and accounts related errors.
• Frequently, software presents account and stock balances within entries but fails to display them in the ledger or stock status. With this functionality in place, users can refresh both stock and account balances as needed.

PROCESS TO REFRESH LEDGER BALANCE IN MARG BOOKS

• Go to Master > Accounts Master > Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.
• Suppose there is an issue with the balance displayed in the ledger of 'Bright Pharma.' In this situation, the user will click on the 'Bright Pharma'.

• Now, the user will click on 'Refresh' icon.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Selected Ledger Balance will get Refreshed in Marg Books.
