• Firstly, go to Master > Account Master > Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.
• The user will select the ledger, for which category needs to be set.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy' and press 'F3' key  on it.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Others' tab.

• In 'Others' option, the user will click on 'Add Details' button.

• An 'Other Info' window will appear.
• In 'Ledger Category' option, the user can set the ledger category Retailer, Stockist, Distributors & others as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Retailer and click on 'Update' button.

• Again, the user will click on 'Update' button.

After following the above steps, the user can set Ledger Category ( Retailer / Stockist / Distributor ) in Marg Books.
