Process to Disable Voucher Number From the Day Book in Marg Books

OVERVIEW OF DAY BOOK IN MARG BOOKS

• Day Book is a record book where the user can view all the day-wise entries of the transactions which are been done in one place i.e. Sale, Purchase, Payment Voucher, Sales Order, etc.

• With the help of this option in Marg Books, the user can enable or disable the voucher number in Day book as per the requirement.

PROCESS TO ENABLE VOUCHER NUMBER IN DAY BOOK IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly click on the 'Reports'.

• A 'Combined Report' window will appear.

• Then select 'Day Book' option.

• A 'Day Book' window will appear.

• Click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• Now in ‘Show Voucher No.’ option, the user will select "Yes".

• Then press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, a Voucher no. column will get enabled in the day book.

PROCESS TO DISABLE VOUCHER NUMBER FROM THE DAY BOOK IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly click on the 'Reports'.

• A 'Combined Report' window will appear.

• Then select 'Day Book'.

• A 'Day Book' window will appear.

• Click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• Now in ‘Show Voucher No.’ option, the user will select "No".

• Then press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, a Voucher no. column will get disabled from the day book.
