OVERVIEW OF CREDITOR OUTSTANDING IN MARG BOOKS

• Ledger wise Payable Report option in Marg Books provides a detailed list of all the transactions that have taken place between the organizations and the suppliers.

• This option helps to keep a track of the outstanding balances of both your organization and the suppliers.

• The user can modify, delete, export & print the Party Wise Outstanding Report as per the requirement. Apart from this, the user can also share the Party Wise Outstanding Report to their respective parties via WhatsApp, Email, Google Drive and SMS as per the requirement.

PROCESS TO VIEW PARTY WISE CREDITOR OUTSTANDING REPORT IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly click on the 'Reports'.

• A 'Combined Report' window will appear.

• Then select 'Ledger Wise' option.

• A 'Ledger Master: Outstanding Payable Report' window will appear.

• Select the party for whom the user needs to view the outstanding report.

• Then press 'Enter' or 'Double click' on it.

• Suppose select 'Raj'.

• The user can view that the outstanding report of the selected party has been generated.

• In order to select the date, click on the 'Date' option which is showing in the shortcut keys on the right side.

• A 'Date Filter' window will appear.

• In ‘From’ and ‘To’ fields enter that from which date till which date the user needs to view the party wise outstanding report.

• Then click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the outstanding report of selected date will get generated.

• In order to export and print an outstanding report, click on the 'Menu' bar.

• Then select the option as per the requirement.

A. Export: With the help of this option, the user can export the outstanding report in excel format. 

B. Print: If the user needs to print the outstanding report then the user will select the print option from the menu bar. 

C. Refresh List: With the help of this option, the user can refresh the balances of the outstanding report . 

PROCESS TO SHARE PARTY WISE CREDITOR OUTSTANDING REPORT IN MARG BOOKS

• In order to share party wise outstanding report, the user will click on the 'Share' icon.

• Now the user will select the share options as per the requirement.

A. WhatsApp: Select this option if the user wants to share the outstanding report through WhatsApp.  

B. Email: Select this option if the user wants to share the outstanding report through email.

C. Drive: Select this option if the user wants to share the outstanding report through google drive.
