OVERVIEW OF M.R (SALESMAN) WISE RECEIVABLE OUTSTANDING REPORT IN MARG BOOKS

• The 'M.R. (Salesman) wise outstanding receivable report' provides an overview of outstanding receivables categorized by different Marketing Representatives (M.R.). This report is useful for businesses or companies that have multiple Marketing Representatives responsible for sales and customer interactions.

PROCESS OF M.R (SALESMAN) WISE RECEIVABLE OUTSTANDING REPORT IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, click on 'Reports'.

• A 'Combined Report' window will appear.
• In 'Statutory Report' column, the user will click on 'M.R Wise Receivable Outstanding'.

• A 'M.R Outstanding Receivable Report' will get displayed.

• The user will select 'M.R (Salesman)', whose outstanding needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'Deepak & press 'Enter' key on it.

• A 'Deepak Outstanding' window will appear.
• In which, the user can view all of Deepak's party-wise outstanding.

• The user will select a particular party to view Bill-wise Party Outstanding as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Center' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user can view that the Bill wise Party Outstanding will get displayed.

OTHER FILTERS M.R (SALESMAN) WISE RECEIVABLE OUTSTANDING REPORT IN MARG BOOKS

a. Excel Icon: The user will click on Excel Icon to generate a report in Excel.

b. PDF Icon: The user will click on PDF Icon to generate a report in PDF.

c. Share Icon: The user will click on the Share Icon to select the option as follows:

WhatsApp: Select the option to share reports through WhatsApp.

Email: Select the option to share the report through Email.

Drive: Select the option to share the report through Drive.

d. Import Icon: The user will click on Import Icon to Import reports in formats i.e. word, CSV, etc

e. Export Icon: The user will click on Export Icon to Export the report in formats i.e. word, CSV, etc.

f. Print Icon: The user will click on Print Icon to print the report.
