Process to Disable Free Qty. from the Sale Bill in Marg Books

OVERVIEW OF FREE QTY. IN SALE BILL IN MARG BOOKS

Marg Books has provided a very beneficial provision in the software through which the user can easily enable or disable the option of free qty in Sale Bill.

Free Qty does not work in the Chemist trade.

PROCESS TO ENABLE FREE QTY. IN SALE BILL IN MARG BOOKS

• Go to Sale >> Bill (+).

• A ‘Sale Bill’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• Select 'Advance Settings'.

• The user will search 'Free'.

• In ‘Free Quantity Required in Sale’ option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Then press ESC key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the free qty will get enabled in the sale bill.

PROCESS TO DISABLE FREE QTY. FROM THE SALE BILL IN MARG BOOKS

• Go to Sale >> Bill (+).

• A ‘Sale Bill’ window will appear. Click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• Select 'Advance Settings'.

• The user will search 'Free'.

•   In ‘Free Quantity Required in Sale’ option, the user will select 'No'.

• Then press ESC key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the free qty will get disabled from the sale bill.
