Process to Disable Sale Type in Sale in Marg Books

OVERVIEW OF SALE TYPE IN MARG BOOKS

• Sale Type is basically the classification of Sale as per the tax system applicable to that Sale like Local or Central rate of Sale tax charged and it works bill wise.

• Marg Books creates New Sale type through which the user can match the bill with that sale bill which is being received from the customers.

• With the help of this option, the user can enable or disable the sale type option in sale bill and select type according to the party.

PROCESS TO ENABLE SALE TYPE IN SALE IN MARG BOOKS

• Go to Sale >> Bill (+).

• A ‘Sale Bill’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• Now click on 'Advance Setting'.

• In ‘Ask Sale Type at the time of billing’ option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Then press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

• After following the above steps, the Sale type field will get enabled in the sale.

• The user will press 'Spacebar' in order to select the sale type.

• Then a 'Sale Master' window will appear in which the user can select the sale type as per the requirement.

PROCESS TO DISABLE SALE TYPE IN SALE IN MARG BOOKS

• Go to Sale >> Bill (+).

• A ‘Sale Bill’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• Now click on select 'Advance Setting'.

• In ‘Ask Sale Type at the time of billing’ option, the user will select 'No'.

• Then press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Sale type field will get disabled from the sale.
