Process to Enable or Disable an indication of Stock Going in Negative in Sale Bill in Marg Books

Process to Enable an indication of stock going in Negative in Sale Bill in MargBooks.

• Go to "Sale > Bill (+)".

• A "Sale Bill" window will appear then click on "Settings" Icon.

• Now Click on "Advance Setting".

• In ‘Stock Going in Negative’ option, the user will Select "Yes, No or Ask" as per the requirement.

a. Yes: Select if the user needs that software will only indicate about the negative stock and allow the user for further billing process and Vice-versa.

b. Ask: Select if the user needs that software will also indicate and will ask from the user whether the billing will be continued or not.

Suppose Select "Yes".

• Then press "ESC" key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the "Indication of 'Stock Going in Negative" will get enabled at the time of billing.

Note:- To disable "Indication of Stock going in Negative" in MargBooks, User needs to follow the same steps mentioned above. Instead of selecting "Yes", select "No" Once disabled, "Indication of Stock going in Negative" will no longer appear at the time of Billing.
