If certain items from the item list are not shown at the time of creating the sale bill, then the reason may be that the company has not been selected in the item.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will select the company in the item by following the below steps:

• Go to Master >> Inventory Master >> Item.

• An 'Item list' window will appear. 

• Now select the item which is not showing at the time of creating sale bill.

• Suppose, select 'Meftal Spas'.

• In order to select company in item, click on the ‘Edit’ icon or press ‘F3’ function key.

• A 'Modify item' window will appear.

• In 'Company' option, the user will select company from the drop down as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Update'.

After selecting the company in the item, the item will get displayed at the time of creating sale bill.
