In Marg books, the user can easily convert the pending sale order into a sale bill. In order to convert the sale order into sale bill, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, from the left side of the Dashboard, go to Sale >> Bill (+).

• A 'Sale Bill' window will appear.

• Press 'Enter' key to select the party.

• A 'Select Party' window will appear.

• The user will select the ledger of that party or supplier for whom the sale order needs to be converted into sale bill.

• Suppose select ‘Rahul’. Press ‘Enter’ key.

• Then a 'Pending Sale Order' window will appear.

• The user will select the order by placing checkmark against it to convert in sale bill.

• Then click on 'Save' .

• Suppose select 'OS000001'.

• Now a 'Pending Order Item' window will appear.

• Click on 'Save' to load the order.

• Now the user can view the order will get loaded in the sale bill.

• Then click on 'Save' to save the bill.

After following the above steps, the user can convert the sale order into the sale bill.
