In order to create new ledger at the time of creating Sale bill, the user will follow the below steps.

• Go to Sale >> Bill (+).

•  A 'Sale Bill' window will be displayed.

• The user will click on ‘Party Name’ field.

• A 'Select Party' window will appear.

• Click on 'Create' to create new ledger .

A 'Create Ledger' window will appear .

A. Ledger Name : The user will mention the name of the Party/Customer.

Suppose mention ‘Om Distributors’.

B.   Account Group : The user will press ‘Spacebar’ key & select the account group from the Drop down under which the ledger needs to be created.

Like for Customers select Sundry Debtors, for Party/Supplier select Sundry Creditors, etc.

Suppose select ‘Sundry Debtors’.

The user will mention other details of the Ledger/Party as per the requirement.

• Then click on ‘Save’ tab to save the ledger of the party/customer.

After following the above steps, the user can create New Ledger at the time of creating Sale Bill in Marg Books.
