Process to enable Narco / Sch-H Item Billing Required option in Marg Books

Process to Ban Narco / Sch-H Item for Particular Ledger in Marg Books

PROCESS TO ENABLE NARCO / SCH-H ITEM BILLING REQUIRED OPTION IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, the user will click on the 'Settings' icon on the dashboard window.

• A 'Dashboard Setting' window will appear.

• In 'Control Room' field, the user will click on 'Configure'.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• In 'Search' box, the user will search 'Narco'.

• In 'Narco / Sch-H Item Billing Required? option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Now, the user will press 'ESC' key.

• A 'Save Changes' alert will appear.

• The user will click on 'Yes'.

• Again, a 'Changes in control room, page needs to refresh' alert will appear.

• The user will click on 'Ok'.

PROCESS TO BAN NARCO / SCH-H ITEM FOR PARTICULAR LEDGER IN MARG BOOKS

• Go to Master > Account Master > Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Master' window will appear.
• The user will select the ledger for which narco and sch-h / h1 item billing needs to be banned.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy' and press 'F3' key on it.

• A 'Modify Ledger' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Others' tab.

• In 'Others' option, the user will click on 'Add Details'.

• An 'Other Info' window will appear.
• In 'Narco / Sch-H Item Billing' option, the user will select the option which item needs to be banned for the selected party i.e. Narco, Sch-h1, All, Etc.
• Suppose select 'Narco'.

• The user will click on 'Update' button.

• Again, The user will click on 'Update' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Narcotics Item will get Banned for the Selected Ledger in Marg Books.
