Overview of e-Way Bill in Marg Books

• An E-Way bill, or Electronic Way bill, is generated to facilitate the movement of goods worth more than Rs. 50,000 in value, either interstate or intrastate in India. It ensures the seamless transportation of goods by providing information about the consignment, such as the type of goods, their quantity, value, and the vehicle transporting them.
• Marg Books has provided a very beneficial provision through which the user can easily generate an e-Way while creating the Sale Bill resulting in saving time.

Process to generate e-Way Bill while Billing in Marg Books

• Firstly, click on 'Settings' icon.

• In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• The user will search 'E-Way'.

• In 'E-way Bill' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• In 'If bill amount > Rs 50,000' option, the user will select 'Alert'.

• Now, press 'ESC' key.

• Click on 'Save' button.

• Again, press 'ESC' key.

• Click on 'Ok' button.

• The user will create the bill for an amount exceeding Rs. 50,000 as per the requirement and then click on the 'Save' button.

• A 'Bill amount is more than 50,000 want to generate E-way Bill ? alert will appear.
• Click on 'Yes' button to generate e-Way bill.

• An 'E-Way Bill Details' window will appear.
• To modify or add information in a blank field, the user will click on the 'Edit' button. Otherwise, click on the 'Check' button.

• Click on 'Upload Eway' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view the e-Way Bill will get generated while Billing in Marg Books.
