Note: The users can also change calculation type during billing by pressing 'Ctrl+R' key.

• Suppose the user has created a purchase bill with exclusive calculation for an item priced at 100 per unit, with a quantity of 1 and a 12% tax rate.
• Rate * Quantity * Tax = Total Amount.
• 100 * 1 * 12% = 112.

• To change calculation type, click on 'Settings' icon on purchase bill window.

• In 'Calculation Type in Purchase' option, the user will select purchase bill calculation type as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Inclusive'.

• Then, press 'ESC' key.

• The user can view the Inclusive Calculation will get applied in Purchase Bill.
• { (Rate / Rate + Tax ) * 100 }
• { (100 / 100 + 12) * 100 } = 89.29 Goods Value

After following the above steps, the user can easily Change Calculation Type in Purchase Bill of Marg Books.
