Process to Share Branch wise Price List in Marg Books

OVERVIEW OF BRANCH WISE PRICE LIST IN MARG BOOKS

• In Marg Books, the 'Branch Price list' feature enables users to create separate price lists for branches located in different states or areas, where prices may vary from those set at other branches or the head office. This functionality allows for customized pricing tailored to specific branch locations.

PROCESS TO CREATE BRANCH WISE PRICE LIST IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, click on 'Master > Branch Master > Price List'.

• A 'Price List' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Create' button.

• A 'Create Price' window will appear.
• In 'Price List Name' field, the user will enter price list name as per the requirement.
• Suppose enter 'Uttarakhand'.

• Now, the user will modify prices as per the requirement.
• Suppose modify prices of 'Aspirin / ibuprofen / lisinopril.

• The user can view the modified prices of above mentioned items ( as shown in the below fig ).

• Now, click on 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Price List will get created in Marg Books.

PROCESS TO SHARE BRANCH WISE PRICE LIST IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, click on 'Master > Branch Master > Branch List'.

• A 'Branch List' window will appear.
• The user will select the branch for which the price list needs to be shared.
• Suppose select 'Sunrise Pharma - Uttarakhand' and click on 'Edit' icon.

• A 'Modify Branch' window will appear.
• In 'Price List' option, the user will select the price list which needs to be shared with the branch.
• Suppose select 'Uttarakhand'.

• Now, click on 'Update' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Branch wise Price List will get Shared in Marg Books.
