Overview/Introduction to Purchase Challan in MargBooks

• Purchase Challan is a document used to record and confirm the receipt of goods before creating the corresponding Purchase Bill.
• In MargBooks, User can easily enable or disable the Purchase Challan option as per the business requirements.

Process to Enable or Disable Purchase Challan in MargBooks

• Click on 'Settings' on the Dashboard.

• A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.
• In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.

• Now in the search Box, type ‘ Purchase Challan’.

• Then in ‘Purchase Challan’ option, the user will select ‘Yes’.

• Now the user will Press "ESC" key to save the changes.

• Click "Ok" to Proceed.

Note :- To disable Purchase Challan in MargBooks, User needs to follow the same steps mentioned above. Instead of selecting 'Yes', select 'No' under Control Room Features, as shown in the figure below. Once disabled, the Purchase Challan  option will no longer appear under the Purchase menu on the Dashboard.
