Process to disable Purchase Type field in Purchase Challan of Marg Books

PROCESS TO ENABLE PURCHASE TYPE FIELD IN PURCHASE CHALLAN OF MARG BOOKS

• Go to Purchase > Challan (+).

• A 'Purchase Challan' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Settings' icon.

• A 'Purchase Challan Setting' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Advance Setting'.

• In 'Ask Purchase Type at the time of Billing?' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Now press 'ESC' key.

• The Purchase type field will get enabled in the Purchase Challan.

• The user will press 'Spacebar' key to select the purchase type.

• Then a 'Purchase Master' window will appear in which the user can select the Purchase type as per the requirement.

PROCESS TO DISABLE PURCHASE TYPE FIELD IN PURCHASE CHALLAN OF MARG BOOKS

• Go to Purchase > Challan (+).

• A 'Purchase Challan' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Settings' icon.

• A 'Purchase Challan Setting' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Advance Setting'.

• In ‘Ask Purchase Type at the time of billing’ option, the user will select 'No'.

• Then press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Purchase Type field will get disabled in Purchase Challan in Marg Books.
