Process to create Clone Organization in Marg Books

OVERVIEW OF CLONE ORGANIZATION IN MARG BOOKS

In Marg Books, Clone Company ( Copy Setup ) refers to clone the setting from an existing organization and have the same pre-configured in new organization

PROCESS TO CREATE CLONE ORGANIZATION IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, the user will click on 'Create' button or press 'F2' key on the 'Organisation List' window.

• A 'Clone Organisation' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Clone Organization' button.

• In 'Organization Name' option, the user will enter the organisation name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '24*7' Care'.

• In 'Select an Organization to Clone' option, the user will select the company from which, user needs to copy configured settings.

• In 'Trade Type' option, the user can view that the trade type will automatically picked from the company selected for clone. Hence, the user can change it as per the requirements.

• In 'Branch Code' option, the software will auto create Branch Code. Hence, the user can change it as per the requirement.

• In 'Financial Year' option, the software will automatically pick the current financial year. However, the user can change it as per the requirement.

• In 'Please Select the below options, the users can view that the settings of the listed options will be copied to the cloned organization. Therefore, the user can select the option that corresponds to the setup they want to implement in their cloned organization.

• Now, the user will click on 'Clone Button'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Clone Organisation will created in Marg Books.
