With the help of this option in Marg Books, the user can set the type of invoice format for bill printing the bill i.e. invoice template or designed invoice format as per the requirement.

In order to set type of invoice format, the user will follow the below steps:

• From the right side of the dashboard window, click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.

• In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.

• Now in the search Box, type 'Invoice'.

• In ‘Invoice Format’ option, the user will select type of invoice format.

1. Invoice Design: Select, If the user needs to view only design format at the time of bill printing.

2. Invoice Template: Select, If the user needs to view only Invoice Templates at the time of bill printing.

• Suppose, select 'Invoice Template'.

• Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

• An alert window of Save Changes window will appear.

• Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user needs to press 'Ctrl+F5' on the main screen of the software.

Now, the user can view software will display the selected invoice templates at the time of bill printing.
