Process to disable Duplicate Barcode in Marg Books

PROCESS TO ENABLE DUPLICATE BARCODE IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, click on 'Settings' icon.

• A 'Dashboard Setting' window will appear.
• In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will search 'Barcode'.

• In 'Barcode Duplicate Allowed?' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Now press 'ESC' key.

• A 'Save Changes' alert will appear.
• The user will click on 'Save' button.

• A 'Changes in Control Room Setting, Page Needs to be Refresh' alert will appear.
• The user will click on 'Ok'.

• Now click on 'Master > Inventory Master > Item'.

• An 'Item List' window will appear.
• Suppose there's an item called "2 Much Breast Cream" with the barcode 11110001. Now, the user is required to input the same barcode for the item "4 All Cap."

• So, press 'F3' key on 4 All Cap.

• A 'Modify Item' window will appear.
• In 'Bar Code' field, the user will enter the same barcode 11110001 and click on 'Update' button.

• Thereafter, the user can view Same Barcode will get updated in Selected Item in Marg Books.

PROCESS TO DISABLE DUPLICATE BARCODE IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, click on 'Settings' icon.

• A 'Dashboard Setting' window will appear.
• In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will search 'Barcode'.

• In 'Barcode Duplicate allowed?' option, the user will select 'No'.

• Now press 'ESC' key.

• A 'Save Changes' alert will appear.
• The user will click on 'Save' button.

• A 'Changes in Control Room Setting, Page Needs to be Refresh' alert will appear.
• The user will click on 'OK'.

Thereafter, the user can view Duplicate Barcode will get disabled in Marg Books.
