OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO SALE RETURN IN MARG BOOKS
- In normal day to day functioning of a business, goods/stocks which are sold, being returned is quite common. This can happen for a variety of reasons like defects in goods, quality standards not matching with the required quality demanded, buyer not requiring stock, etc.
- With the help of Marg Books, the user can easily enable or disable the sale return option.
PROCESS TO ENABLE SALE RETURN IN MARG BOOKS
- From the right side of the dashboard window, click on ‘Settings’ icon.
- A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.
- In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.
- Now in the search Box, type ‘'Sale Return."
- Then in ‘Sale Return’ option, the user will select ‘Yes’.
- Now the user will press ESC key to save the changes.
- An alert window of Save Changes window will appear.
- Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
Now the user can view that the Sale Return option has been enabled in the software
PROCESS TO DISABLE SALE RETURN IN MARG BOOKS
- From the right side of the dashboard window, click on ‘Settings’ icon.
- A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.
- In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.
- Now in the search Box, type ‘Sale Return'.
- Then in ‘Sale Return’ option, the user will select ‘No’.
- Now the user will press ESC key to save the changes.
- An alert window of Save Changes window will appear.
- Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps the sale return option will get disabled.
