OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO PURCHASE RETURN CHALLAN IN MARG BOOKS
- Purchase Return is a Voucher type created when the goods purchased needs to be returned due to any wrong product received, defect in goods, received more or less quantity of goods, quality standards not matching with the required quality demanded, buyer not requiring stock, etc.
- With the help of Marg Books, the user can easily enable or disable the purchase return challan option.
PROCESS TO ENABLE PURCHASE RETURN CHALLAN IN MARG BOOKS
- From the right side of the dashboard window, click on ‘Settings’ icon.
- A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.
- In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.
- Now in the search Box, type 'Purchase Return'.
- In ‘Purchase Return Challan’ option, the user will select ‘Yes’.
- Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.
- An alert window of 'Save Changes' will appear.
- Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
Now the user can view that the purchase return challan option has been enabled in the software
PROCESS TO DISABLE PURCHASE RETURN CHALLAN IN MARG BOOKS
- From the right side of the dashboard window, click on ‘Settings’ icon.
- A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.
- In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.
- Now in the search Box, type ‘Purchase Return'.
- In ‘Purchase Return Challan’ option, the user will select ‘No’.
- Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.
- An alert window of 'Save Changes' will appear.
- Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the purchase return challan option will get disabled.
