OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO STOCK ISSUE IN MARG BOOKS

Stock issue option is used to maintain the secondary stock of the items. and with the help of this option in Marg Books, the user can easily enable or disable the Stock issue option.

PROCESS TO ENABLE STOCK ISSUE IN MARG BOOKS

  • From the right side of the dashboard window, click on ‘Settings’ icon.

  • A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.
  • In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.

  • Now in the search Box, type 'Stock Issue'.

  • In ‘Stock Issue’ option,the user will select ‘Yes’.

  • Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

  • An alert window of 'Save Changes' will appear.
  • Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Now the user can view that the stock issue option has been enabled in the software

PROCESS TO DISABLE STOCK ISSUE IN MARG BOOKS

  • From the right side of the dashboard window, click on ‘Settings’ icon.

  • A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.
  • In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.

  • Now in the search Box, type ‘Stock Issue'.

  • In ‘Stock Issue’ option, the user will select ‘No’.

  • Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

  • An alert window of 'Save Changes' will appear.
  • Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the stock issue option will get disabled.
