OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO BRK/EXP RECEIVE CHALLAN IN MARG BOOKS
- Breakage/Expiry Receive Challan is basically a document type generated for the settlement of expired or damaged products which is issued by the customers against the goods purchased by them.
- With the help of this option, the user can easily enable or disable Breakage/Expiry Receive Challan option.
PROCESS TO ENABLE BRK/EXP RECEIVE CHALLAN IN MARG BOOKS
- From the right side of the dashboard window, click on ‘Settings’ icon.
- A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.
- In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.
- Now in the search Box, type ‘BRK'.
- In ‘BRK Receive Challan’ option, the user will select ‘Yes’.
- Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.
- An alert window of 'Save Changes' will appear.
- Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
Now the user can view that the BRK EXP Receive Challan option has been enabled in the software
PROCESS TO DISABLE BRK/EXP RECEIVE CHALLAN IN MARG BOOKS
- From the right side of the dashboard window, click on ‘Settings’ icon.
- A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.
- In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.
- Now in the search Box, type ‘BRK'.
- In ‘BRK/EXP Receive’ option, the user will select ‘No’.
- Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.
- An alert window of 'Save Changes' will appear.
- Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the BRK/EXP Receive Challan option will get disabled.
