• Firstly, the user will search 'Device Manager' in the system.

• A 'Device Manager' window will appear.
• The user will click 'Right' on 'Ports / Prolific'.
• And, click on 'Properties'.

• A 'Port Properties' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Port Settings'.

• The user will 'Capture Screenshot or Note Down' the details for further configuration requirements.

• The user will click on 'Settings' icon on the dashboard window.

• A 'Dashboard Setting' window will appear.
• In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will search 'Weighing'.

• In 'Weighing Scale Required' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Now, click on 'Configure' button.

• A 'Weighing Scale Configuration' window will appear.
• The user will enter the 'Port Setting Details' that have been previously captured via screenshot or noted down.

Note: Once the port settings details have been entered, the user should proceed to download the provided executable file for further configuration.

• The user will click on 'Download Exe.' link.

• The user can view the 'Marg Books Zip' file that has been successfully downloaded and proceed by clicking on it.

• Again, click on 'Zip File'.

• A 'Marg Books Setup' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Install' button.

• The user can view that the setup is currently proceeding with the installation process.

• A 'Microsoft Net 7.0.2' window will appear.
• After carefully reading the terms and conditions, the user will place a checkmark next to 'Agree to the License Terms & Conditions' and then proceed by clicking on the 'Install' button.

• An 'Installation Successfully Complete' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Close' button.

• A 'Marg Books Agent Setup Wizard' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Next' button.

• After carefully reading the terms in the License Agreement, the user will place a checkmark next to 'I accept the terms in the License Agreement' and then proceed by clicking on the 'Next' button.

• Here, the user can specify the directory where they would like the 'Marg Books Agent Setup' to be installed.
• For example, the default path is set to the C drive. However, the user has the option to browse and select a different location or path as desired.
• Click on 'Next' button.

• Click on 'Install' button.

• Again, click on 'Finish' button.

• An 'Installtion Successfully Complete' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Close' button.

• The user will return to the software screen and click on the 'Save' button.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• A 'Save Changes ?' alert will appear.
• The user will click on 'Save' button.

• A 'Changes in control room setting, the page needs to refresh' alert will appear.
• The user will click on 'Ok'.

Note: The software will only pick quantity through the weighing machine if item decimal is enabled.

• Now, suppose the user has created a sales bill for the party 'A2Z Pharmacy' and selected the item 'Sugar', to load the quantity through a weighing machine, the user needs to press the 'F8' key on the quantity field.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Quantity will get Picked through Weighing Maching in Marg Books.
