In Marg Books, if Any Rate does not show in Batch Window while creating Purchase Bill then this can be easily resolved.

Suppose the user is creating a Purchase Bill and Rate B is not displaying in the Batch Window.

In Order to enable the Rate, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Click on the ‘Settings’ Icon.

• In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on ‘Configure’ button.

• The user will search ‘Rate Info’.

• Click on 'Configure' button.

• In 'Rate-B' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• In 'Rename' field, default heading as 'Rate-B' will pick and the user can change it as per the requirement.
• Similarly, the user can enable other Rates as per the requirement.

• Click on 'Save' button or press 'F10' key to save Rates.

• Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Click on 'OK' button.

After following the above steps, the user can any Rate in Batch Window while creating Purchase Bill in Marg Books.
