If cursor does not wait on Salesman while billing then how to resolve it in Marg Books ?
In Marg Books, if the cursor is not waiting on the M.R. option at the time of billing then this issue can be resolved easily.
In order wait cursor on the M.R. option, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Click on the ‘Settings’ Icon.
- In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on ‘Configure’ button.
- The user will search ‘M.R’.
- In 'M.R Required In Sale' option, the user will select 'Yes'.
- Press 'ESC' key.
- Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- Click on 'OK' button.
After following the above steps, the user can view that the Salesman will ask while Billing in Marg Books.
