OVERVIEW OF PHARMANXT – FREE DRUG HELPLINE IN MARG BOOKS

• PharmaNXT free drug helpline feature enables pharma distributors and retailers to easily view complete information on a particular item i.e. which company’s item is currently available, its MRP, in which packing that particular item is available, and can check the location-wise availability of suppliers etc.
• This feature makes it even more convenient to find a substitute in case of a shortage of any item of the same salt composition in different units.

PROCESS TO VIEW PHARMANXT – FREE DRUG HELPLINE IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, click on 'Drug Helpline' icon on the dashboard window.

• A 'PharmaNxt - Free Drug Helpline' window will appear.
• The user will search for any medicine name in the search bar.

• Suppose search 'Crocin'.
• All varieties of the searched item will appear.

• Now, the user will select an item whose substitute needs to be viewed as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Crocin / 500MG / Tab' and click on 'Substitute'.

•  A 'Selected Item wise details help' window will appear.
• Here, users can view all essential details related to the item, including company name, strength, type, and more.

• The user can view the specific item details via Google.
• Suppose select 'Amol' and click twice on 'Google'.

• A search for 'Selected Item' will be shown on Google.

• The users can view the distributor party name and their details.

• To access comprehensive information, users can click on the respective party based on their requirements
• Suppose click on 'Haryana Drug Store'.

• A 'Selected Party Master' window will appear.
• The user can view the all necessary details i.e. address, phone no. etc.

• Here, the users have the option to view the details of the item, including information about its salt content.
