• From the right side of the dashboard, click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• A ‘Dashboard Setting’ window will appear.

• In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.

• In the search Box, type ‘Rate’.

• Now in ‘Rate Pick from Item Master or Batch’ option, the user will select ‘Item Wise’.

• Then press ESC key to save the changes.

• A Save Changes window will appear.

• Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now go to Master > Inventory master > Item.

• An Item list will appear in which the user will click on 'Edit' icon against that item whose Rate needs to be changed.

• Suppose click on '4 All CAP'.

• Now the user will change the Rate of the item as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Update' button to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can change the rate of an item in Marg Books.
