In order to set item wise Minimum and Maximum Qty, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters >> Inventory Master >> Item.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• The user will click on ‘edit’ icon against that particular item for which the Minimum and Maximum Qty needs to be set.
  

• A 'Modify Item' window will appear. 

• Click on 'Advance Info'.

• Select 'Quantity'.

• In 'Min. Quantity' option, the user will mention the minimum qty. of the item.

• In 'Max. Quantity' option, the user will mention the maximum qty. of the item.

• Then click on 'Update' tab to save the details.

After following the above steps, the user can set the item wise minimum and maximum qty in Marg Books.
