Process to view HSN/SAC List in Marg Books

OVERVIEW OF HSN/SAC LIST IN MARG BOOKS

• Basically, the use of HSN Code is done for the arrangement of service tax means to classify the goods required to be sold under the system & the tax which is applicable on them. It is done to fix i.e. to confirm them & these codes can be of any digit such as 2,4,6,8, etc.
• The HSN/SAC Code option in Marg Books enables the user to easily create, modify, and delete HSN/SAC Codes for different items.
• The user can easily view the list of all the existing and new HSN/SAC Codes along with the details.
• To Edit or Modify the HSN/SAC Code list in Marg Books, the user can easily make changes as per the requirement.
• To delete the HSN/SAC Code from the List in Marg Books, the user can easily delete it as per the requirement.
• Additionally, the user can export the HSN/SAC list in either Excel or PDF format as per the requirement.

PROCESS TO VIEW HSN/SAC LIST IN MARG BOOKS

• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > HSN/SAC.

• A ‘HSN/SAC List’ will appear.
• The user can easily view that the list of all the created HSN/SACs will get displayed.

• The user can also modify and delete any HSN/SAC as per the requirement.

• In order to modify any HSN/SAC, click on the ‘Modify’ icon given corresponding to that HSN/SAC.

• A ‘Modify HSN/SAC’ window will appear.

• The user can modify the HSN/SAC as per the requirement.

• Then click on ‘Update’ tab.

• A ‘Record Updated Successfully’ message will appear.

• In order to delete any HSN/SAC, click on the ‘Delete’ icon given corresponding to that HSN/SAC.

• A confirmation of ‘Are you sure you want to delete the selected Record’ window will appear.
• Click on ‘Yes’.

• A ‘Record Deleted Successfully’ message will appear.

• In order to Export HSN/SAC List in an Excel format, click on the ‘Excel’ icon.

• So in this way, the HSN/SAC List will get exported in an Excel format.
