Process to enable Product Alias in Marg Books

OVERVIEW OF PRODUCT ALIAS IN MARG BOOKS

• A Product Alias refers to an alternative name or identifier used to represent a specific product. It can be helpful in situations where a product may have multiple names, variations, or different codes across different systems or platforms. Therefore, the user can easily enable product alias in Marg Books.

PROCESS TO ENABLE PRODUCT ALIAS IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, click on 'Settings' icon from dashboard window.

• A 'Dashboard Setting' window will appear.
• In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• The user will search 'Alias'.

• In 'Product Alias Required?' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Now press 'ESC' key.

• A 'Save Changes' alert window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Save'.

• A 'Change in Control Room Setting, Page needs to Refresh' alert will appear.
• The user will click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the user can set Product Alias in Marg Books.
