Process to Update Item Stock from Excel in Marg Books

OVERVIEW OF ITEM STOCK UPDATE FROM EXCEL IN MARG BOOKS

• Marg Books has provided a very beneficial provision in the software through which the user can easily import multiple items of stock through Excel at a single point in time. This saves a lot of time.
• The user can import different details of an item stock along with its batch no., Purchase Rate, etc.

PROCESS TO UPDATE ITEM STOCK FROM EXCEL IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, go to Master > Inventory Master > Item.

• An 'Item List' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'DropDown' button.

• Now, the user will click on 'Import Items' button.

• An 'Add Bulk Upload' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Upload Stock in Item Master'.

• An 'Item Master' window will appear.
• The user will follow the steps as shown on the item master window.
• The user will click on 'Download Excel' option.

• An 'Item List' Template will get downloaded.

• The user will enter the Item Stock Data in the downloaded template file.

• Now, the user will click on 'Upload Excel' option to upload the item stock data.

• A 'File Selection' window will appear.
• The user will select the 'Item Stock Data' file which needs to be imported. (as shown in the below image).

• A 'List Updated' pop-up will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can view Item Stock will get Updated from Excel in the Marg Books.
