• Firstly, go to 'Utilities & Tools'.

• An 'Utilities & Tools' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Invoice Design'.

• An 'Alert' window will appear. The user will enter the password.

• A 'Manage Template' window will appear.
• In 'Report Type' option, the user will select the type of invoice format for which gst number needs to be printed.
• Suppose select 'Sale Bill'.

• In 'Report' option, the user will select the invoice format name on which gst number needs to be printed.
• Suppose select 'MN'.

• The user will click on 'Data' icon.

• A 'Data' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Data Sources (+)'.

• A 'Data Sources' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Party Data (+)'.

• The user will select 'GSTIN' command and drag it into the 'Header Part'.

• The user will click 'Right' on the selected command.

• Now, the user will click on 'Edit'.

• An 'Edit Expression' window will appear.
• The user will enter the command name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'GST'.

• The user will click on 'Ok' button.

• The user can adjust the selected command with the help of the given pointers.
• The user can change the selected command i.e. Font, Bold,Font size etc.

• Now, the user will click on 'Report' tab.

• The user will click on 'Save'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Party Name will get printed in Invoice Format of Marg Books.
