• Firstly, click on 'Items' option from the Dashboard window.

• An 'Items' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Add New' button.

An 'Add Product' window will appear.

a. Barcode: Enter the Barcode of the New Item.

b. Item Name: Enter the name of the New Item.

c. Unit 1: Select whether the item is a Tablet, Injection, Capsule, or Syrup.

d. Unit 2: Select whether the tab is in strips or boxes.

e. Packing: Mention the packing of an item.

Like if the item is in strips and has 100 tabs in it then mention 100.

f. Conversion: Mention the number of tabs in 1 strip.

Suppose an item that is being created is a strip and has 10 tablets, so mention ‘10’.

g. HSN Code: Select the HSN Code for that particular item.

h. Tax: Select the Tax Category i.e. the item being created is under which Tax Category.

i. Company Name: Select that the item is of which Company.

j. Salt: Mention the salt of the item.

k. MRP: Mention the M.R.P of the item.

l. Purchase Rate: Mention the Purchase Rate of the item as per the requirement.

m. Sale Price: Mention the Sale Price of the item as per the requirement.

n. Cost: Mention the Cost of the item as per the requirement.

o. Discount%: Mention the Discount Percentage of the item as per the requirement.

Click on 'Save'.

• An 'Item Created Successfully' pop-up will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can view Item will get Created in Marg Books App.
