Case1:

• The 'Outstanding Payable' report can be accessed by the user through the 'Dashboard' window.

Case2:

• Firstly, click on 'Horizontal Lines'.

• Click on 'Reports > Oustanding Payable'.

• An 'Outstanding' report will get displayed.

• The user will click on 'Calendar Icon'.

• A 'Select Date' window will appear.
• The user will select options for which the report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'Current Year'.

• The user will select a particular Ledger to view all Transactions.
• Suppose select 'Ranbaxy Pvt. Ltd.'

• A selected Ledger Oustanding Transactions will get displayed.

• The user will click on the 'Modify' icon to modify the ledger.

• The user will click on 'PDF' icon to generate report in PDF.

• A 'Ledger Oustanding Transaction PDF' will get displayed.

a. Print: Select the option to print ledger transactions.

b. Download: Select the option to download the ledger transaction.

c. Share: Select the option to share ledger reports through i.e. Mail/WhatsApp etc.
