• Firstly, click on 'More' tab.

• Now, click on 'Reports > Ledger'.

• The user can view 'Ledger Book' will get displayed.

• The user will click on 'Calendar Icon'.

• The user will select date period for which report needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'Current Year'.

• The user will select particular Ledger to view the Transactions.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy'.

• The user can view Selected Ledger Transaction Book will get displayed.
• Click on 'Calendar' icon to view transactions according to date.
• Click on 'Edit' icon to modify the ledger entry.

• Then, click on 'PDF' icon.

The user can view Ledger Transaction in PDF Format will get displayed.

The user will select option as following:

a. Print- Select the option to print ledger transaction.

b. Download- Select the option to download ledger transaction in pdf.

c. Share- Select the option to share ledger report through i.e. Mail/WhatsApp etc.
