In MargBooks, users can easily convert a Pending Purchase Order into a Purchase Bill by following the steps mentioned below:

• Go to Purchase > Bill (+).

• A 'Select Party' window will appear. The user will select the ledger of that party or supplier for whom the purchase order needs to be converted in purchase bill.
• Suppose select ‘Karan Pharmacy’. Press ‘Enter’.

• Select Start Manuall Entry option to proceed.

• Enter Invoice number as per the requirement.
• Suppose, enter 'KP-0001'.

• A 'Pending Purchase Orders' window will appear.
• Select order to convert in purchase bill.
• Suppose, select 'OP000001'. and Click on 'Save' or press 'F10'.

• Now a 'Pending Order Item' window will appear.
• Click on 'Save' to load order.

• Now the user can view the purchase order will get loaded in the purchase bill.
• Then click on 'Save' to save the bill.

• Purchase Bill Save Successfully message will appear on Screen.

After following the above steps, the user can convert the Purchase Order into a Purchase Bill.
