How to change Calculation Type of Purchase Order (Inclusive or Exclusive) in Marg Books ?

• Go to Purchase >> Order (+).

• A ‘Purchase Order’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• In ‘Calculation Type in Sale’ option, the user will select Exclusive or Inclusive as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Exclusive'.

• Then press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can change the calculation type of Purchase Order as per the requirement.

In 'Exclusive' Calculation, the amount will be calculate as (Rate*Qty+Tax)=(100*1+12%)=Rs.112

Note: In 'Inclusive Calculation', the amount will be calculate as({Rate*qty/Rate+Tax*100}+Tax)=({1*100/112*100)+12})= Rs.100.
