OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO PURCHASE RETURN IN MARG BOOKS
- In normal day to day functioning of a business, goods/stocks which are purchased, being returned is quite common. This can happen for a variety of reasons like defects in goods, quality standards not matching with the required quality demanded, buyer not requiring stock, etc.
- With the help of Marg Books, the user can easily enable or disable the purchase return option.
PROCESS TO ENABLE PURCHASE RETURN IN MARG BOOKS
- From the right side of the dashboard window, click on the ‘Settings’ icon.
- A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.
- In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.
- In the search Box, type 'Purchase Return'.
- Then in the ‘Purchase Return’ option, the user will select ‘Yes’.
- Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.
- An alert window of 'Save Changes' will appear.
- Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
Now the user can view that the purchase return option will get enabled in Marg Books.
PROCESS TO DISABLE PURCHASE RETURN IN MARG BOOKS
- From the right side of the dashboard window, click on the ‘Settings’ icon.
- A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.
- In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.
- In the search Box, type ‘Purchase Return'.
- Then in the ‘Purchase Return’ option, the user will select ‘No’.
- Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.
- An alert window of 'Save Changes' will appear.
- Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the purchase return option will get disabled.
