• Assigning Powers refers to assigning the duties to the operators which facilitates the specialized work in all manners.

• After assigning the duties to the operators the work will be more transparent in Reports, Accounts, Master, etc.

Process Of Assigning Powers Of Price Difference Debit Note For Purchase To The User In Marg Books

• Firstly, the user will sign in with 'Supervisor ID'.

• The user will click on 'Settings' icon on the dashboard window.

• In 'User Access & Privileges' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• The user will click on 'Roles' tab.

• Now select the user whose role needs to be assigned as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Mahak's Role' and click on 'Edit' icon.

• In 'Menu' tab, the user will select the 'Purchase' menu to assign role to the user.

• In 'Purchase RateDiff Debit Note' option, the user will place a checkmark against on Create/Edit/View etc as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Full'.

• Then, click on 'Update' button.

• A 'Role Saved Successfully' pop-up will appear.

• In order to 'Re-Login', the user will click on 'Profile' icon.

• Click on 'Log Out' button.

• Now, sign in with the 'User ID'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Price Difference Debit Note for Purchase will get displayed for user in Marg Books.
